was formed in 2002 by two university graduates, Nick Roach and Kingsley
Read. We both saw the huge market for car valeting, and the huge lack of
well known, respected, valeting firms operating in the industry. Following
market research there seemed to be a definite lack of trust between
customer and valeter, a vast number of one-man-band valeting operations,
and massively variable standards of quality
We decided to set up a car valeting business that was
different to all of the others in the industry; we would concentrate on
the following:

repeat customers. We aim to be punctual, polite and maintain a smart
image at all times

– our website is highly ranked in the top search engines, customers are
able to book a valet through the website, when they do, the customer
receives an instant and automatic acknowledgement straight to their
mobile phone via SMS text messaging. This enhances our modern corporate
image and gives the customer something else apart from the high
standards in valeting to remember us by.

we take great
pride in any valet we undertake, regardless of the value of the car,

Having set down these basic guidelines on
how we wanted to operate we quickly became a respected valeting firm,
within our first year we expanded to another van to cope with the high
demand we were seeing, and all this work was coming just from the small
market town of Aylesbury, and with the majority of new customers finding
us on the internet.
Our brand was proving highly popular, and
highly memorable. Customers always think “I need somebody to clean my
car” – in that statement they have already spoken our business
name! Once we had valeted their vehicle, the quality of work and customer

We set up contracts with many businesses to

– this is a true
statement, however you will be starting from scratch and on an unproven
path with no background support or guidance, the money you invest in
setting up your own business is under a much higher level of risk than

“I can never ‘get rich’
from being a franchisee”
– this is not true at
all, owning a franchise gives you the right to operate your own
business, it does not limit you to just one van or one area in which you
