location at that time and sends a text message via SMS to that van driver to
ensure that your car is valeted at the time that you stated, this also means you
get immediate confirmation of your booking, so go on..
The technology R&R
Auto Valet uses ensures that for customers making an online booking, the process
is as fast and simple as possible, and for our booking centre, 100% reliable.
When you make an
online booking, your request is processed as follows:

When you log on, the
system retrieves your details from file and shows a picture of your auto
mobile to confirm that this is your car:

On this screen you
confirm your details and state when you want a valet and exactly what you wish
to have done.

 The
system will then decide which van is closest to your location and consult the
bookings database to find out when that van is free to visit you.

On the next screen
it will display these times so that you can pick the most convenient for you.

The system will then
send the corresponding van driver an SMS text message to their mobile phone to
inform him/her of your booking.

Your booking will
immediately be stored in the online database so that there is no chance of
your time slot being double booked!
